You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company, or your organization. You agree to provide me with everything that we need to complete the project including text, images, and other information as and when needed in the requested format. You’ll review the work and provide feedback and approval in a timely manner. Please note failure to respond to communication for more than 2 weeks will cause your project to marked inactive. The client will then have to contact SBE for updated turnaround times. The client who fails to communicate past 3 months will be moved to close and the client will forfeit deposit and any payments made to date. Deadlines work two ways, so you’ll also be bound by any dates we set together and communicate if any adjustments are needed. The client agrees to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract. We have the experience and ability to perform the services needed and will carry them out in a professional and timely manner, providing you with stellar customer service throughout the duration. Along the way, SBE will endeavor to meet all the deadlines set but cannot be responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if on your end there has been a delay in supplying materials or you have not approved or signed off on the work on-time at any stage. On top of this, we will also maintain the confidentiality of any information provided.
